Are coins included?

No. Coins, slabs, capsules, silver bars, assay cards, and display items shown in photos are not included unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

Do the 2x2 holders fit 1 oz coin capsules and Geiger bars in assay?

Yes. Our 2x2 cases and tube are compatible with 2x2 coin flips, 1 oz coin capsules and Geiger bars in assay packaging, with test fits confirmed by CoinClutch3D. The 25-, 40-, 50- and 75-count labels refer to maximum compatible 2x2 flip capacity; loaded thickness can reduce capacity. Capsule and assay-bar capacity varies with outside dimensions and thickness. Packaging sizes differ, so contact us with the exact product and its outside width, height and thickness to confirm a brand, size or format not already tested. These organizers are not for graded slabs.

Will this fit my slab or capsule?

Slab dimensions vary by grading service, holder generation and format; a grading-service name alone does not confirm fit. Before ordering, contact us with the grading service, holder type and outside width, height and thickness. For capsule stands, provide the capsule brand, model, outside diameter and thickness. Y65 and H39/H40/H40.6 style labels identify the intended starting point, but your exact holder needs confirmation. Oversized and specialty holders require a separate fit check.

Which products are 3D printed?

Our storage organizers, capsule stands and guitar-pick holders are small-batch 3D-printed accessories. Check each product listing for its stated material. Layer lines and small surface variations are normal for 3D-printed parts. The copper robot collectible is a separate metal collectible, marked .999 COPPER and 1 GRAM, rather than a 3D-printed storage accessory.

Orders ship from the United States.

How much is shipping?

For eligible U.S. orders:

Standard shipping: $8.
Free Standard shipping on orders of $99.99 or more after discounts and before taxes.
Express shipping: $15.

How do discounts affect free Standard shipping?

The $99.99 free Standard shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. For example, if a valid 15% discount reduces a $100 merchandise subtotal to $85, that order does not meet the $99.99 free Standard shipping threshold. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold. Available shipping options for your address are shown at checkout.

How long does it take to ship?

Many items are printed or packed in small batches. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Express is a shipping option, not a promise of faster processing. What if it does not fit my item?

Contact us so we can help troubleshoot the fit. Unused standard catalog products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery and must be returned in the same condition they were received. This includes listed color options and products printed after ordering. Personalized, custom-designed, and special-fit items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Can I request a custom version?

Yes. Send a message with what you need to store or display. Custom requests depend on print time, fit testing, and current production capacity.

Is PLA safe for coin storage?

PLA is commonly used for display and organization, but collectible storage choices are personal. For high-value or long-term archival storage, keep coins in appropriate flips, capsules, slabs, or other protective holders before placing them in an organizer.

Are these products made to order?

Some products are stocked in small batches and others may be printed as orders come in. This helps keep designs fresh without overproducing inventory. Printing a standard catalog product after you order does not make it final sale. Choosing a listed color option does not make it custom; only personalization or custom specifications do.
