We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused standard catalog products, including listed color options, even when printed after ordering. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Personalized, custom-designed, and special-fit items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. For normal returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
