We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, non-custom items. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Custom orders, personalized items, special-fit items, and made-to-order products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
